Haley is a classically trained ballet dancer and instructor. A native of New Jersey, she took her training from the River Ballet School and Premiere Dance to continue her skills at Mercyhurst University where she graduated cum laude with a BA in dance and a minor in Arts Administration. After spending three years in Philadelphia working as an administrator with the Koresh Dance Company, teaching at the Philadelphia Dance Academy and UPenn while performing with Esstant Dance Company, she is now located in Burlington, Vermont. She now dances for PH Dance and teaches all ages in Ballet at the Vermont Ballet Theater and School, The Ballet School of Vermont, and Lines Vermont.

Working as the main coordinator of the annual Come Together Dance Festival, the fall and spring Koresh home seasons and the bi-monthly Koresh Artist Showcase series in the Koresh Black Box Theatre. Programing duties included communication with the tech staff, company dancers, and outside participating artists, marketing online and in print, securing program advertisements, content and design, as well as scheduling workshop classes, program schedule, and tech schedule. Beyond programing I assisted with the Koresh School of Dance in the registration of new students and research for and implementation of new CRM system, as well as assist the directors of each individual department of marketing, development, school, and company touring. I oversaw the hiring and training of new administrative interns and maintained the company website and Instagram account.

Teaching Creative Movement, Pre Ballet 1, Pre Ballet 2, Ballet 1 and Teen Theatre. Based on the objectives of the school, I create my own syllabus for each class and maintain my regular schedule while subbing when necessary for the admin staff and other ballet and contemporary classes for ages 2.5 to adult. PDA holds an annual year-end showcase in which I choreograph for each of my classes.

Working with five colleges and universities as well as two professional dance companies in the administration and production of master classes, gallery displays, performances, and lectures throughout the fall of 2015. I maintain communication with the partnering schools and companies, manage the volunteers, assist with implementing an online marketing strategy, manage brochure distribution, and oversee the events.
